If you are wondering where you must login to access the
back office for your listings, you will need to do so
via clicking on SUBSCRIBER LOGIN in the main menu bar
above. If follows that you need to have been
activated as a Subscriber in accordance with the email
quoted below which has been sent twice recently to all
Advertisers who have until now been advertising for free
on our property portal.

As you are no doubt aware, advertising on most property
portals is on a monthly subscription basis and in our
case this will be introduced with effect from 1 June
2009.
We will endeavour to keep our rates as low as possible
and for the period 1 June 2009 until 28 February 2010,
the monthly subscription will be R150.00 plus VAT per
month payable in advance by the 25th of the month for
the next month’s services.
The subscription amount is competitive and may be paid
in one of the following ways:

1. You will receive, if requested, a limited version of
DataTrac’s Realty Management Software which can be
viewed by going to the DataTrac website and the
following link in particular: http://www.datatrac.co.za/limitedversion.asp.
1.1 This software also includes our Image Resizing
utility which allows you resize photographs for internet
and other purposes very easily.
1.2 When you receive the CD containing the limited
version software, it will include the details of your
present listings and the accompanying photographs.
1.3 The software will allow you to add, edit and delete
your listings and to batch upload your data to our
Portal. This will save you time since you will no longer
have to attend to one listing at a time.
1.4 We will install the software for you and provide
training free of charge, provided you are a Skype (talk
over the internet) User.
2. You will be entitled to include 6 of your listings
into the Featured Properties pool from which 6
properties are randomly selected each time the homepage
of our Portal loads. This will mean that these
properties and your agency name will be showcased on our
homepage which increases exposure to visitors /
potential buyers.
3. If you are interested, you will qualify for
preferential pricing for side panel banner advertising
and instead of paying the usual fee of R375.00 plus VAT
per month, the fee will be reduced to R100.00 plus VAT
per month. These banner adverts operate on 1 in 5,
random selection basis. We will design your banner
advert free of charge.
4. You will qualify for preferential pricing on website
services and DataTrac Realty and Letting Management
software (full version).
