The Lodge
This Game Lodge is a self-catering venue. There is a communal thatch roof Lapa with an open-air braai area and fully equipped outdoor kitchen equipped with fridges, food prep areas, Gas stove electric oven and portable gas braai, a dining and lounge area with a view over the river. The wooden deck has a Jacuzzi.

The main lodge has another fully equipped, communal kitchen, a dining room, a bar and lounge area with TV, DSTV and three fire places. This building also has two rooms to be used for a chef etc.
There are three thatch roof Chalets. All three the chalets have each three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The Fourth chalet has two bedrooms - a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and a single bed with its en-suite bathroom. Adjoining this chalet, is a dormitory type of room with its own bathrooms facilities - two showers and toilets no baths, one outside shower with a view of the river. The Laundry and wash room for the bedding and ironing room is a separate room yet it forms part of this bigger building.

There is a Butchery and two cool rooms (one small unit and one external ship style cooler container.) This butchery has all the equipment required to butcher an animal make worse and biltong.

Pool and pool Lapa:
Pool has a wooden fenced area. There is a volley ball court, Braai facilities. With some further developments, this will then be the ultimate place to bask in the African sun!! There are two thatched parking areas and the grounds man living quarters.

Two bedroomed thatched roof house:
This chalet is a fully equipped unit and consists of Two bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, a common open plan dining and lounge area, a small comprehensive kitchen with gas stove oven and has a fridge and some cupboards. There is an outside BBQ area and a car port for 2 vehicles. This house is also built on the banks of the river overlooking stunning river rock formations…Stunning to see it!!

Houses:
There are four luxury houses constructed in this magnificent property. All four houses are situated next to the river and each house has undisturbed nature views. These well-established modern houses belong to the 4 shareholders owning the property and as they say… seeing is believing!!!
The Eskom Power supply for these houses are from a transformer that supplies power to all the houses and the borehole and the pump station. In the event of a power failure, a generator is installed next to the Eskom transformer that can be used to supply power to all the houses and water supply pumps. As an addition, the owners installed water meters and electric consumption meters in all the houses.


House 1:
This is a face brick house with a corrugated roof. The house overlooks the river and a game feeding area in front of the house. This is a 4-bedroom house with a lovely patio around the house. There is a heated Swimming pool on the verandah overlooking the river flowing just a couple of meters from it. There is steps going down to the Tile-covered BBQ and fire place area and there is also a build in BBQ.
The Lodge area has an office and a double motor garage, lush green gardens and a two-bedroom managers house. There is an area built to be used as a petting zoo and there is a thatch roof car port for 4 vehicles.
Other Developments:
On the agriculture section of this private Game reserve, there is a farm house. Although recently painted, this house still need some attention.
There are numerous outside buildings next to the farm house which includes buildings includes:
A workshop area and barns.
A pellet making area and the Generator for backup in the event of a power failure.
Wood saw hydraulic chopper and the feed block maker and the electric Hammer mill.
The above is all connected to Eskom power supply (also linked this onto a generator that can be used to power the above and the staff compound in the event of Eskom power failure.

Water:
There are 2 large earth dams and 3 rivers. There is a total of 17km perennial river that flows through the farm. There are three equipped boreholes supply the farm with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption.
There is a 20 HA pivot that where the owners planted Lucerne and Mielies in the dry land sections around the pivot. The owners harvested on the dry land area sweet beans as well.

The property has water rights that are fully paid for, however, the owners do not make use of all the water they pay for. This means that more agricultural lands can be prepared for.

Roads:
The roads were all professionally constructed and all the culverts and water run offs were properly built.

Fences:
The farm’s boundary fence is game fenced with a 2m high, 21 stands. All game fencing is accordingly to the requirements of nature conservation. At the agricultural section of the farm are a couple of small cattle camps and a Buffalo holding camp (no buffalo on the farm)

Duiker, Warthog, Bushpig, Rock rabbit, Porcupine, Ant bear, Pangolin, Chacma baboon, Vervet monkey, Yellow mongoose, African wild cat, Honey badger, Hedgehog, Lesser bush baby, Slender mongoose, Tree squirrel etc. This farm has exceptional nocturnal life.

Loose Assets:
The property is sold lock stock and barrel and includes all the furniture of the Main Lodge. The Sale of the property does exclude the contents of the 4 houses, manager’s house and the farm house as the contents of the houses belongs to the 4 shareholders and two managers working on the property.
