32 HECTARES WITH DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL - 32 Hectares of coastal land with development potential for sale Cape Garden Route George Subject Property is located in the south-western part of George, which is a predominantly agricultural area. This is however an area with limited potential for agricultural use, due to poor soil conditions. Part of the area, which includes the Subject Property, is located outside the current urban edge.
