Surrounded by the Eco Estate and with unfettered access to it, residents will enjoy the very same views of beauty and wonderment, within their own secure community.
From the perspective of climate, only Hawaii boasts the most moderate before Mossel Bay. Warm, though not too hot, summer temperatures and mild, comfortable winters ensure a perfect balance.

VILLAGE HOUSES
Each single residential house is free-standing. Five house types are offered, providing a choice of the size and layout of the house, as well as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and garages. The 43 single residential units are available on a plot-and-plan basis and come with a selection of three different, mix and match finishes for tiles, cupboards, carpets and granite counter tops. These options allow purchasers to customize their home, creating a look and feel in line with their preferences.
Should the need arise; all residents of single residential houses can access the Home Care service provided by the caring administrator.
Houses come standard with satin chrome finishes, built-in cupboards, a four-plate electric hob, oven and extractor filter in the kitchen, floor-level showers with built-in seats, P.E.M.S., free internet and email and basic security features.
Purchasers can also select from a number of optional extras.
In keeping with the Village theme the external appearance of houses is plastered and painted clay brick walls and Victorian-style charcoal roofs supported by timber beams and columns.
House Types:
" Type A - 146m˛, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and single garage
" Type B - 125m˛, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and single garage
" Type C - 125m˛, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and single garage
" Type D - 175m˛, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double garage
" Type E - 71 m2, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and single garage
Depending on stand choice, a second garage or carport can be added to Type A, B or C. House Type E is available with either a single garage or a carport.
Clubhouse & Sectional Title Apartments
The apartments are situated within the same structure as the clubhouse and caring facilities, providing owners easy access to the most important amenities within the Village. There are 44bachelor, one and two bedroom apartments on offer as well as 12 bedsitters - bachelor units with limited kitchen facilities.
Should the need arise, all residents of the De Caravel apartments can access the Assisted Living service provided by the caring administrator. Standard features in the apartments include P.E.M.S., free internet and email and general security features.
Each apartment is wheel chair friendly, includingfloor-level showers with built-in seats. All ground-level units come standard with tiled patios and exclusive use gardens, while the remaining units (excluding some bedsitters)come standard with balconies. Balconies are either tiled or finished with Balau timber floors.A choice of three different, mix and match finishes for tiles, cupboards, carpets and granite counter tops are available. Built-in cupboards, a four-plate electric hob, oven, extractor fan and an allocated, covered parking bay complete each apartment.
The De Caravel building is elegantly finished with plastered and painted clay brick walls and Victorian-style charcoal roofing supported by timber beams and columns.
Monte Christo Retirement Village
Berglangs consists of 49 one and two bedroom sectional title apartments to be launched during the last phase of the development. Standard features will include P.E.M.S., free internet, email and general security features, amongst others.
