Veld types
Woodlands is arguably one of the better balanced hunting farms in the Eastern Cape. Approx 60 % of the total area is made up of classic, spekboom rich Cape valley bushveld. Besides the abundant spekboom, significant browse species includes, amongst others, acacia karoo, wild olive, jacket plum, natal plane, blue and common guarri.
