Participation in Featured Properties

The Home Page of our website allows Subscribers to select 6 featured properties from their portfolio of listings that go into a pool from which the featured properties on our Home Page are selected, on a random basis. The selection changes each time there is a new visitor to the site or when the Home Page is refreshed. This means that all featured properties irrespective of value, type or area are given the same chance of being showcased on our Home Page.

Furthermore, the name of your Agency and your logo also appears "in the face of  the visitor"  which is good advertising for your business.  And, above your logo, the self-explanatory message "show more properties for this agency" appears thereby inviting visitors to view your full portfolio.
Google Caching
Google visits most websites from time to time and saves the relevant pages of each visit.  In the case of our Home Page, the details of the featured properties are included in Google's saving procedure for inclusion in its search criteria.
Detailed Listings by Geographical Location   
In the lower half of our Home Page you will see a section called Detailed Listings by Geographical Location. This is a search convenience feature for visitors who can easily identify the provinces, areas and suburbs that may be of interest to them and by clicking on the hyperlinks, visitors can immediately see listings of our Subscribers.  This means "Subscribers get the first shot" when visitors click on the hyperlinks.
Preferential Pricing
Subscribers also enjoy the benefits of preferential pricing for all DataTrac Group services including DataTrac's Office Management System, Website Designing Services, Banner Advertising on SAHomes4Sale and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for their own websites, if they are hosted with us.
 

 

Subscriber Charges
   

R150,00 per month plus VAT, which subscription amount will be held firm for 12 months from the date of your registration.
